We respect your privacy when you visit this website or prepare an appointment enquiry. This policy covers the website and initial contact; clinical confidentiality and practice record procedures should be discussed with the provider.
Contact for privacy enquiries
This website is for Dr. Veta Bebawy Mental Health. For questions about your data or requests to correct or delete information, contact the practice using the email or telephone shown on the website. Avoid sending sensitive health information in an email subject line.
Ask the practice directly how long it retains correspondence and clinical records, who can access them and how it handles requests. This page does not assert an unconfirmed retention period for clinical records.
How appointment requests work
The form prepares your preferred session format, date and time period and a message you can review. It does not request your name, telephone number, diagnosis or description of your condition.
Preparing the message does not reserve an appointment or make a payment. Form choices are not stored in the website database or persistently on your device. The practice must confirm the appointment.
WhatsApp, Messenger and payment
If you open WhatsApp, the message you reviewed is passed to WhatsApp as part of a link. You must press Send yourself. For Messenger, you copy and send the text yourself. These third-party services have their own privacy policies and may retain your account or conversation information.
InstaPay details are provided for external transfer only after the practice confirms the recipient details and appointment. The website does not collect payment card information or verification codes and cannot verify a transfer.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, access requests and security logs needed to operate and protect the site. Not storing the appointment request does not make a visit fully anonymous.
This version does not use Google Analytics or automatically load Meta Pixel when the website opens.
Optional Meta Pixel advertising measurement
Meta Pixel ID 1093457510143756 is used. Its script is loaded only after you expressly agree to advertising measurement, and only for a general homepage view in Arabic or English. Our implementation does not send booking-message content, appointment choices, payment details or condition-specific page content to Meta as custom events.
If you consent, Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, general homepage URL and cookie identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc, depending on your browser. Meta may process the data under its privacy policy and business terms. A visit to a mental health website can be sensitive; health status must not be used to create targeted advertising audiences.
Accept, reject or withdraw tracking consent
Advertising measurement is off by default. You can select Allow measurement or Reject measurement without losing access to the form or contact options. Use the persistent Privacy settings button at the bottom of each page to change your choice.
Your choice alone is stored in browser localStorage for up to 180 days, or until you clear or change it. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement, reloads the page and attempts to delete first-party Meta cookies on this domain. Withdrawal does not undo data already sent to Meta. We respect supported Global Privacy Control browser signals by disabling advertising measurement.
Children and clinical privacy
Parents or guardians should contact the practice to discuss consent and attendance for a child. Do not enter identifying information about a child or upload their reports in the website form.
